UniPhone Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of UniPhone.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to the delivery and payment terms.

1.3 UniPhone reserves the right to change and/or supplement these general terms and conditions.

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers from UniPhone are non-binding. UniPhone expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when required by (legal) regulations.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after UniPhone accepts the order. UniPhone reserves the right to refuse orders or impose certain conditions on delivery.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 The stated prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.

3.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 UniPhone strives to deliver products within the stated delivery times. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to cancel the order.

4.2 Delivery will take place at the address specified by the customer during the agreement.

5. Retention of title

5.1 Ownership of delivered products will only be transferred if the customer has paid everything owed to UniPhone under any agreement.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The customer has the right to return delivered products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.2 After correct return receipt, UniPhone will refund the paid amount within 14 days.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 UniPhone guarantees that the products to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free from any defects whatsoever.

7.2 Complaints about product defects must be reported to UniPhone in writing within 7 days of discovery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

8. Liability

8.1 UniPhone is never liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, lost savings and damage due to business stagnation.

8.2 UniPhone's liability for direct damage is limited to a maximum of the amount of the order in question.

9. Privacy

9.1 UniPhone respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information provided by the customer is treated confidentially.

9.2 UniPhone uses the customer's data solely for the execution of the agreement and, if necessary, for responsible customer management.

10. Applicable law and disputes

10.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.

10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where UniPhone is established, unless the law prescribes otherwise.
